we are a rent a rack shop in bayside, here for ​women of all shapes & sizes!

nothing brings us more joy than seeing bayside gals ​purchase preloved clothing that makes them feel amazing, ​without breaking the bank. we also love helping women make ​some extra money, when the cost of living bites!

we are here for reducing the amount of clothing ending up in ​landfill, affordable fashion, slow burning trends, considered ​wardrobes & more size diversity.

so how does it work? well, we want to make earning that ​sweet sweet cashola as easy as possible for you, because we ​get it- you’re hot gal busy!

first, head to our reservations page & rent that rack gal! then ​commend yourself for being a smart queen & clean out your ​wardrobe!

second, keep you stunning eyes peeled for an email with ​your log in credentials for zellr. log into zellr either via the ​browser site or app.

third, create prices for your wonderful pre-loved items in ​your account. check out our price guide & your labels to ​help.

lastly, drop your items into the shop, during shop hours, the ​week before your rack starts!

DW we will steam, tag & hang your clothes for you. so treat ​yo self to a spritz & tick this off your to-do list!

how much does a rack cost?

$185 for 2 weeks

what’s included in my rack rental?

we will steam & tag your items

hang them on our hangers

feature your rack on our socials

what day of the week does my rack ​start?

all racks start on a thursday am when ​we open & end sunday pm when we ​close

how big are the racks?

90cm long

fitting anywhere from 40 - 60 items

what about reselling accessories?

in addition to reselling clothing on ​your booked rack, you can also resell ​a maximum of 5 accessories

what accessories can i resell?

shoes, sun glasses, belts, bags,

scarves, hats, beanies & gloves

when do i drop my items off?

during shop opening hours, at the ​latest by Sunday 3pm, the week ​before your rack starts.

is there a clothing limit to book a ​rack?

you will need minimum 20 pieces

of clothing to resell to

how should I drop my items off?

without hangers, folded in plastic ​bags or in a tub/basket. we will put ​your items into one of our storage ​boxes as soon as you drop it off

what about commission?

you get 85% of everything sold

we take 15% commission

how do i track my earnings?

it couldn’t be easier gorg! either though ​the zellr app or webpage, you’ll get real ​time updates on your sales

can i split a rack with a friend?​absolutely yes! as many friends as

you like hun. but don’t fret we

have 32 racks available if you

don’t want to share

what if my items aren’t selling?

we are here to help! email us to ​organise discounting individual

items. we also recommend marking ​down your whole rack on it’s final ​day(s) perhaps 30% - 50% off

can i top up my rack?

yes you can, you successful queen!

add them to your product sheet with ​pricing & drop them into the shop ​before your rack ends

picking up my unsold items?

you will need to pick them up within 7 ​days of your rack ending or our seller ​rules apply (please see terms of service)

what condition should my items be in?

everything must be clean, odor free, ​stain free & well maintained

what brands can’t i sell?

we do not discriminate! any & every ​brand is fine by us to be resold

what items can’t i sell?

no underwear, socks or jewellery.

pyjamas, activewear & bathers must be ​BNWT. no one is buying your smelly ​leggings!

we want the absolute best for you hun! that means a win ​win outcome for you & the honey buying your items. the ​cheaper you price things, the more likely they are to sell! ​the best motto to have when renting a rack is: priced to ​sell!

it’s also worth considering the brand, type of fabric, if it’s on ​trend, amount of fabric & is it for the current season?

we absolutely recommend discounting your whole rack for ​its final days (30% - 50% off), so you can make as much ​money as possible & don’t have to pick up any unsold items! ​ahh how amazing?!

reselling clothing can be a real punish! we ​make it easy by steaming, hanging & tagging ​your clothes for you

once you have paid for your rack booking, you will be ​emailed your zellr log in credentials (this may be hiding in ​your spam folder ... sneaky). log into your zellr & then click ​“product pricing”, then you create new product sheets. 16 ​items will fit on each product sheet, so you will likely create ​a few. we have a handy video on how to do this on our ​socials called “how to make your labels”.

we take immense care in reselling your gorgeous items & ​therefore want to ensure we tag your items correctly for you! ​please use the below guide when writing your labels:

brand, main colour, item type, size

e.g. zara, blue/white stripe, shirt, L

e.g. aere, linen, pants, 12

e.g. levi’s, blue, jeans, 30

e.g. tony bianco, boots, black, 7

e.g. glassons, floral, dress, xxl

there is plenty of free parking on station road & surrounding streets. ​we are also super close to cheltenham station, a 5 min walk. please ​email us if you would find it more accessible to avoid the front steps & ​use our side entrance.
